Beauty Sleep

The thought of having white bedding can seem intimidating, especially if you have kids or pets, but with a little upkeep and an eye for design, you can have the bed of your dreams, while sleeping like a baby.
You know the feeling of not being happy with what you currently have and just thinking it can be better? Yes, that was me a few months ago. It was a constant battle of not loving how my bed looked and felt. I’ve come to realize, as you get older, you will grow to appreciate the importance of a good night sleep. Just imagine going home from a long day at work and sinking into a bed that looks like this:

The “Beauty Sleep” series touches on getting a good night sleep through satisfying your sensory nervous system:
TASTE: 
Getting a good night sleep starts with feeding your body and mind with great and healthy food. Your body needs energy and nutrient from the food that you eat, in order rebuild itself when sleeping. Ingredients that can aid you in a good night sleep includes Calcium, Magnesium, Tryptophan/ Serotonin foods. Here is my delicious and healthy Turkey Spaghetti recipe 
Vision:

Smell:
